Refund policy
We want billing to be clear before checkout and easy to resolve if something goes wrong.
Subscriptions
You can request cancellation support through the official contact page. Cancellation stops future renewal access according to the payment provider and plan terms shown at checkout.
One-time exports and AI credit packs
One-time purchases are normally delivered immediately. If an export, credit pack, or checkout result did not work as expected, contact support with the account email, payment provider, payment date, and order or transaction reference.
Refund review
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, accidental duplicate purchases, or verified technical errors are prioritized. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider, and timing depends on Stripe, PayPal, and the issuing bank.
