Information you provide
When you create an account or use our builders, you may provide your name, contact details, resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, profile information, and payment-related details. Do not add sensitive information that is not needed for your application.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the service, save and export documents, provide requested AI features, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and send essential account messages.
AI features
When you request an AI feature, the relevant document content and instructions may be processed by our configured AI provider to produce the requested result. Review generated content carefully and remove information you do not want processed before submitting a request.
Payments and service providers
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store complete card numbers. We may use infrastructure, email, storage, analytics, and security providers to operate the service.
Retention and choices
We retain account and document information while needed to provide the service or meet legal and operational requirements. Signed-in users can open Profile and choose Request deletion to submit a verified request for account and personal-data deletion. We review the request, delete data that is no longer needed, and retain only information that must be kept for payment, tax, fraud-prevention, legal, or dispute-resolution requirements.
