Using the service
You may use BuildFreeResume to create, edit, upload, and export career documents for lawful personal or business purposes. Keep your login information secure and make sure information submitted to your account is accurate and authorized.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the resumes, cover letters, job descriptions, and other content you provide. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to provide the requested features, maintain the service, and protect users.
AI-generated content
AI suggestions are drafts, not guarantees. Check names, dates, employers, qualifications, metrics, and claims before using or submitting any generated content. You are responsible for the final document.
Plans, credits, and exports
Free and paid features, credits, validity periods, export allowances, prices, and payment methods are shown in the product or checkout flow. Paid access is subject to the plan selected and may expire or renew as described at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, malicious uploads, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
